GOPA Consultants from Germany were contracted by the Millennium Challenge Account Namibia to implement the “Community Based Rangeland and Livestock Management Project” over the period March 2010 to July 2014. The objectives of this Project were to enhance the productivity of the livestock sector in Northern Namibia through improved rangeland resource, livestock management, marketing and community development. GOPA Consultants appointed LCE to identify the required upgrades to existing water supply infrastructure, identify new infrastructure needs, provide cost estimates for the above and compile the same into a summary report.
