Construction of the New United Nations House in Windhoek

Project Description





LCE was responsible for the detailed soil investigation at the start of this project. LCE also carried out the structural design of the reinforced concrete structure, including the pre-stressed concrete slabs and all civil components, including storm water, roads, parking and sewage. The building consists of a 4-storey structure including the basement, and was constructed at a cost of approximately N$ 55 million, for which LCE also carried out the construction supervision.
