LCE designed the layout of a combined warehouse and office in Swakopmund for Namquanam Investments Two CC, as well as performing the civil and structural design, and the preparation of municipal and working drawings for the construction of a warehouse (1,400 m2) and a two-storey office building (260 m2). The design of the warehouse makes provision for the future installation of a 5 ton crawler crane spanning 20 m.
